We offer a full line of cooked products that includes several flavors of jerky, summer sausage, snak stiks, bologna, hotdogs, and smoked sausage - plus many more! Along with all of the cooked meats, we also offer all standard and specialty fresh cuts. Give us a try and see the difference!
Our commitment to you is to provide safe edible venison that tastes great! Because of this, there will be times that we refuse process meat that may have disease or possibly been mishandled in the field. When you visit our facility you will see that we stress cleanliness and safety in all phases of the process. We do not take chances with our name or your health.
At Phillips Plantation, we will skin your kill or you can use our facility for free - if we process your meat. We have a 24 hour cooler that stays open from August 15th thru January 5th for your convenience. Visit us and see that we take pride in our work, our facility, and the quality of our products.
