We offer a full line of cooked products that includes several flavors of jerky, summer sausage, snak stiks, bologna, hotdogs, and smoked sausage - plus many more! Along with all of the cooked meats, we also offer all standard and specialty fresh cuts. Give us a try and see the difference!
Our commitment to you is to provide safe edible venison that tastes great! Because of this, there will be times that we refuse process meat that may have disease or possibly been mishandled in the field. When you visit our facility you will see that we stress cleanliness and safety in all phases of the process. We do not take chances with our reputation or your health.
